My Core De Force 30 Day Challenge

I have been itching to get back to working out after having my baby. I am fortunate and love to brag that I popped out my baby in 2 hours with no drugs. I felt like a bad ass. I took 8 weeks to fully recover and did some yoga after about 6 weeks. Then I saw this program Core De Force and couldn’t wait to get into it.

Keep coming back to this page as I will update my journey each day. I won’t bore you with the entire workout and me huffing and puffing in most of it. But I will be posting some of my workout and my thoughts at the end.
