What is an Eat Clean DietWhat is an eat clean diet or a clean eating diet? Today’s question is, what is a clean eating diet?
It really is a lifestyle. I’ve adopted this lifestyle not a diet. I would call it a LIVE-IT not a DIE-IT.

In a nut shell you just don’t eat any processed foods or things that come in a box. So, things that are not processed or high in refined sugars. You wanna eat lean meats, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. You don’t have to be a vegetarian, you can eat lean meats and eggs. If it comes from a farm land, sky or from the sea it is considered a whole food or part of The Eat Clean Diet.

I was introduced to this lifestyle by my now husband. He brought home this book called The Eat-Clean Diet by Tosca Reno she says that eating clean encourages a lifestyle approach of exercise and a diet plan of unprocessed, whole foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, and no artificial ingredients, preservatives, “chemically charged foods,” sugars, saturated fat, and trans fat.

Eating this way has helped me lose over 40 pounds initially for my wedding. Then a total of over 50lbs after I really got serious with my portions with the system I teach. My portion control system has helped me lose more weight in a healthy way after having my baby.
