Good morning and Aloha Friday !!! I hope you are having a great week! Just finished my workout I am just finishing up week 6 of an 8-week program called 22-minute Hard Corps with Tony Horton.
Yes, that is right only 22 minutes! Well every other day and the other days he adds in 10-12 minutes of core work.
Summer is coming and my challengers in my group have been keeping me accountable and motivated. I don’t want to let my team down. So that is my MOTIVATION to get into kick-butt shape!
I’m drinking Shakeology for breakfast, I’m tracking my food and following the 21 Day Fix Extreme Countdown to Competition plan and I am in the ZONE!
But, you might be reading this saying, “I NEED TO GET IN THE ZONE” BUT I JUST CAN’T FIND MY MOTIVATION!!!
That is what I am here for!
My job is to help you find your inner strength, teach you how to be strong and teach you the basics of healthy choices! That is truly my passion because it was the #1 thing that helped me to change my mindset about food.
Unfortunately, we live in a fast-paced society where convince is key, and with that everything is packed with high fat and sugars. Our culture has also made the super-size me era fast and cheap.
If we are what we eat, then I don’t want to be FAST and CHEAP! Do you?
If there was FREE food at a party or if someone wanted to buy me lunch, I wouldn’t pass it up. That would be rude and you must finish all your food or it will go to waste.
That Mindset was NOT going well for me! I wasn’t losing weight, my energy level was low and I was always starving which if you know me, then you know I get very “HANGRY” and my husband and kids will tell you that is NOT a pretty sight!
When I found clean eating I realized there was another way to live-IT a way to eat, have energy, to feel full, to enjoy good tasting food and to lose weight!
It almost sounds like it is too good to be true! There are definitely days that I am more hungry than others but for the most part, I feel great!
I have lost 50 lbs with regular exercise, clean eating and replacing 1 meal a day with Shakeology!
My mission is to teach others my tips and tricks to successful lifestyle change.
I run 30-day clean eating/fitness support & accountability groups all year long.
But I’m going to try something a little different!
