How to Make Cauliflower Bites – Buffalo Wing Sauce

Buffalo Wing Cauliflower bites

Buffalo Cauliflower 2One of my coaches made this Cauliflower Bites in her meal prep. This recipe for spicy Buffalo cauliflower bites it is a great to add more veggies in your diet. A great vegetarian alternative to Buffalo wings. Did you know roasted cauliflower provides more fiber and fewer calories. I added this to my dinner with a Turkey Burger for my protein and a little bit of Avocado for a healthy fat.

Ingredients:

8 cups 1 1/2-inch cauliflower florets
2 tablespoons *Avocado oil or extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon pure sea salt
2 tablespoons hot sauce, such as Frank’s RedHot
1-2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice

*We use Avocado Oil a lot when we cook. My husband is friends with one of the creators of the brand we use Chosen Foods Avocado Oil. They also have a spray that I can’t seem to find anywhere anymore ;(

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450°F. Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.

Toss cauliflower, oil and salt in a large bowl. Spread on the prepared baking sheet; reserve the bowl. Roast the cauliflower until it’s starting to soften and brown on the bottom, about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine hot sauce, sriracha to taste, and lemon juice in the large bowl.
Add the roasted cauliflower and toss to coat.

Return the cauliflower to the baking sheet and continue roasting until hot, about 5 minutes more.
